Computer maker Dell, Inc. will keep getting more than $300 million in state and local grants and tax breaks in North Carolina after the State\'s Supreme Court declined Friday to hear a lawsuit challenging the incentives.

January 15, 2008: Solar Workforce Housing Project Moves Forward
Town Council approved a zoning change Monday to allow a $50 million, 403-unit \"workforce housing\" development billed as the largest to use solar thermal technology in the United States. Developers and supporters of Rivercane, the solar heated and cooled project planned next to Fletcher Business Park, said it will help attract more high paying jobs to Fletcher.

The guidelines for the program formalize continued efforts that the Partnership and allies have made with existing industry since the organization\'s inception in 1994.
